Hashtags
Separate them with spaces. Each one sits on its own line on the photo.
Logo
PNG with transparency looks best. JPEG and WebP work too, up to 8MB.
Thumbnails stay clean, because a logo that small is just clutter. Branding is applied to the full-size view, downloads and the TV. Changes take effect straight away; the rendered cache is cleared for you.
Event name
Shown to guests on the scan page, the TV and table cards. Renaming never changes the QR code, so anything already printed keeps working.
Party mode
Let guests add their own photos from their phones. Everyone in them finds them in their gallery. Guest photos never go on the TV.
Test event
A rehearsal or a test shoot. Its numbers stay out of the public totals on the website.
Export
Every photo as a .zip, streamed straight from disk.
Identifiers
What the code and links point at. These never change.
Delete this event
Removes every photo from disk and every guest record with it. It cannot be undone. Guest face scans expire on their own after 30 days.
