The camera stays plugged in
Studio watches the folder your tethering software already writes to. Every frame goes up the moment it lands, whether it's RAW, JPEG or Sony HIF. You don't rename or export anything.
Guests scan the code on their table and take one selfie. Every photo they're in lands on their phone while the party is still going.
Live from our servers. Real events only; test shoots are left out.
Delivery runs itself while the camera keeps firing. Guests use the phone already in their pocket, and nobody waits a fortnight for a gallery link.

The code sits on the table cards, the bar and the big screen. A guest points their camera at it and takes one selfie, and we match their face against every frame of the night.
They only ever see their own photos, never three thousand strangers. New frames keep arriving as they're taken, ready to save and post from the table while everyone is still dressed up.
That was the Australian Broking Awards 2026. The media wall carries the event's branding, and our overlay adds its logo and hashtags to every full-size photo, so each photo a guest opens or shares has the sponsors on it.
Counted by Snapra across the night and the weeks after, as guests came back to their galleries.
Photographers on the media wall and through the room, one live gallery, and every guest finding their own photos before the night is over. One fixed price per night, quoted for your venue.
Your logo and hashtags on every full-size photo, and the full edited set for the organiser, come with all three. Rates are for metropolitan venues, and travel beyond 30 km is charged at cost. All prices are plus GST.
The wall gets the photo every guest expects to exist. The roaming photographer gets the ones nobody thought to ask for, like the face when a name gets read out. Both feed the same gallery, so a guest finds their portrait and their candids in one place.
Every guest goes through the wall. The roaming photographer covers pre-dinner drinks and the room before it fills.
Tables and candids. The first photos are already live, so guests start scanning between courses.
Roaming takes the stage and the reaction. Winners come to the wall straight after with the trophy.
The loose end of the night, when the best photos happen and the sharing peaks.
It's the same software we run our own nights on, for your events and your clients. Start with the base plan, add what you need, and change it whenever you like.
JPEG, every common RAW format and Sony's .HIF. Your files are never moved or renamed.
Uploads wait out a dropout and catch up on their own. Nothing you shoot is lost.
Put the live gallery and the code on the venue TV and the room does the rest.
Your logo and hashtags on every full-size photo. White label puts your own name, logo and domain in place of Snapra's everywhere a guest looks.
It's the first thing guests ask and the first thing your legal team will ask. These are the same words guests read on the screen where we ask for the selfie.
It becomes a match code and the image itself is destroyed in the same request. It is never stored and never shown to anyone.
The match code only exists so new photos can keep finding a guest. It's deleted automatically 30 days after they last open their gallery.
One tap in their gallery removes their face data straight away. They don't have to email anyone.
A guest's matches are seen by that guest and the photographer. The page guests scan into shows a handful of the night's photos, and the venue screen only opens from the photographer's private link. Nobody can browse the room or pull a list of who was there.
Face data expires. The photographs don't, and the event's gallery stays yours for as long as you want it.
No. Any iPhone or Android camera reads the code and opens their gallery in the browser. They don't make an account or hand over an email address.
A Mac or PC running Chrome or Microsoft Edge, plus tethering software that writes to a folder. EOS Utility, NX Tether, Imaging Edge, Capture One and Lightroom all do. Safari and Firefox can't watch a folder, so Studio won't run in them.
Yes. It takes JPEG, every common RAW format (CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF and the rest) and HEIF, including Sony's .HIF. Your files are never moved or renamed.
Nothing is lost. Uploads adapt to the connection you actually have, queue when it drops and catch up on their own. Anything shot during an outage is sent afterwards.
Yes. Your logo and hashtags go on every full-size photo guests open, save and share, and on the venue screen. Thumbnails stay clean. Photographers on the self-serve plan can add white label: their own name and logo in place of Snapra's, and their own domain once it points at us.
In seconds. A frame is usually in the right guests' galleries a couple of seconds after it lands on the photographer's laptop, and the galleries keep filling for the rest of the night.
It turns the venue screen into a live slideshow of the night with the code to scan beside it. People see the photos, want theirs and know how to get them. It runs unattended for as long as the night does.
The date, the venue and roughly how many guests is plenty to start with. We'll come back with a plan for the room and a fixed quote.
Thanks, there.
